Not too sweet, not too tart!
Ingredients:
1 bag cranberries (rinsed)
1 cup sugar
1 can crushed pineapple
(the 1 cup water will be substituted with 1 cup pineapple juice)
Measure out the pineapple juice to make sure it is 1 cup or a bit more. If it does not measure up add water or orange juice to make 1 full cup.
Bring all ingredients to a roaring boil, stirring as you go, remove from heat let sit to cool and solidify.
This may be made ahead of time and kept in fridge. re-heat at dinner if you want to serve warm.
